Introduction

The Luís Elguezabal Aristizabal Foundation Civil Association, LEA, is a private entity and NGO with an emphasis on Education and Science to collaborate with the progress and human development of the societies where it operates.

As is repeated overseas in various virtual and natural settings, our new Foundation has several projects in mind, but 3 of them are very ambitious and global scaled: i) Egura Project, which is the generation of water and energy from the sea and the sun on the planet tropical and subtropical (@eguraproject), ii) Easy Healthy Cells Project, EHCP, which is the research and scientific dissemination of the suitability of increasing the intake of antioxidants in the diet and in supplements, reducing contaminants in food, water, and the air, and various behavioral edges to reduce the presence of Oxidative Stress, which we hold as the basis for most cell-based diseases (@bioecorganic); iii) LibertyProject, which is the objective of this online document open to free and virtuous societies, and from which we will advance in a simple way the objectives, goals, vision and mission and the audacious strategy, we believe, to achieve everything we dream of.

Luis Elguezabal Aristizabal, is our beloved father, biologist, believer, Christian democrat, an absolutely wonderful being according to his thousands of attended students, neighbors, friends, family, a life shortened by the fatal arrogance of some chrematistic surgeons.

On behalf of our Aita (father in Euskera, the Basque language), we have remembered his person at the LEA Foundation to guide the love for the world that he taught us, for the humble, for childhood, for education, for science, for families, for the Faith, and an endless number of sacred values for those of us who knew and love him. All this ensures that the will and consistent action of all projects will always be tried, until the end of our time and leaving the witness to our children so that, with at least the same impetus, they take as their own these neuralgic projects for the open society and achieve them if we fail on the Way.

Objectives

The main objective of the Liberty Project is the promotion and development of the Ideas of Natural Liberty in order to communicate them to significant groups of women and men, explaining the benefits of the virtuous libertarian liberal ideology in its variants and diverse visions, for the achievement of the 'Liberty and Independence, Economic and Intellectual, Family and Individual ', our original motto. The subsidiary or specific objectives of the Liberty Project, become the scaffolding and bases to achieve the aforementioned main objective; They will be detailed ahead: i) Congress of Liberty; ii) Athenaeums of Liberty, Think Tanks LEA; iii) Editorial LEA; iv) Museums / Libraries of Liberty.

Strategy

The way to plan this ambitious project is to explain the virtuous financing of the proposed activities. Money, that spontaneous human institution that has facilitated voluntary transactions between free human beings for centuries, is the mechanism that facilitates human work, movements, and actions today.

What will be the source of money to design, organize, achieve all the parts of the Liberty Project?

To design and organize, from our own time and energy, which comes out of our freedom given by our work and family businesses.

To achieve all this, the necessary money would come from anonymous donations from citizens of the world, but mainly it will come from the annual event of the 'Congress of Liberty', as we will explain in more detail later. This social event will try to attract a market of people who appreciate Liberty and its contrasted ideas to train for economic and political entrepreneurship, that is, for people who are or want to be entrepreneurs and social leaders for Liberty.

The Congress of Liberty.

The Liberty Congress is an annual multitudinous event with changing venues, which seeks to bring together the best possible and available liberal-libertarian minds to train thousands of people attending the chosen venue, live and thousands more in the virtual world, live and a posteriori.

The transversal axes of the Congress of Liberty are the rescue of the Open Society, and the Concept 'Liberal' as another synonym of citizens for Liberty, for Life, for Private Property and in line with smaller, efficient, and limited governments and states. Limited by the set of natural human institutions: morality, family, cities, persons, Faith, virtuous constitutions, voluntary social cooperation, human action, natural spontaneous social order, natural Liberty.

Although each of us considers ourselves Liberal-libertarians, we have different visions, obvious and understandable, if we accept the sacred individualism and the subjectivist reasoning already discovered (not invented) by the Austrian School, something personal, which in turn is something objective, which does exist, which could not be easily refuted, even so, this characteristic of our liberal-libertarian ideals, have in common a virtuous axis of natural moral values to the human being.

For this reason, we will invite the greatest diversity of visions of the liberal-libertarian world to continue building, per secula seculorum, the 'mental machine' of promoting an educational and scientific environment in favor of a world of free and virtuous people.

May there never be a final, arrogant, fatal word that undermines our search for the truth about human Liberty and happiness, life and love, that is: nullius in Verba, as the beloved Benegas Lynch says, repeating the Royal Society motto.

In the first Liberty Congress, on May 6th and 7th, 2023, in Pamplona,Navarra, we already have an incipient diversity of lecturers who have received the invitation to participate in the day of the 6th, dedicated to the 'Natural Liberty: Natural Economy ': Miguel Anxo Bastos, María Blanco, Martín Krausse, Irune Ariño, Alejandro Chafuén, Paúl Elguezabal, César Yegrez, María Perfetti, who have already graciously agreed to collaborate; also Javier Milei and Agustín Echebarne's managers and foundations have responded; we await responses from many more invited lecturers, such as Zanotti, Huerta de Soto, Alvaro Vargas Llosa, Hernando de Soto, Rodriguez Braun, Benegas Lynch, the brother's Axel and Vanesa Kaiser, Mauricio Rojas, Antonella Marty, Jon Aizpurua, Marcel Granier, Enrique Ghersi, Warren Orbaugh, Cayetana Alvarez de Toledo, David Director Friedman, Robert Sirico, Joseph Salerno, Thomas Di Lorenzo.

Each person on this list will be asked to develop a topic proposed by LEA in 20 minutes with a multimedia presentation of didactic support.

For the journey of May 7, 2023, 'Natural Liberty: Natural Society '  we are inviting leaders in regions with compromised Liberties, yesterday and today, by the power of collectivist totalitarianism: Walesa, Navalny, Dalai Lama, Malala, the leaders in exile of the Uighurs, the leaders from Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Special guests: Thomas Sowell and Carlos Alberto Montaner, to give a humble recognition, ovation, and a commemorative plaque-diploma: a Prize 'Congress of Liberty' 2023 …

Congress Section:

Posters & Abstracts: Around and within the Navarra Arena venue, there are the panels for the exhibition of the accepted and registered posters of the free participants and of the invited speakers and lecturers. Likewise, everyone will be asked for an extensive summary for the digital publication of the bilingual Congress. The posters will have a dimension of 150 cm high by 110 cm wide and will be asked to be presented orally (those of free participants) during the breaks of the conferences, as many times as possible by each team of participating congress(wo)men, the members of the team taking turns. Spanish or English, or both preferably.

The review and suitability of each work presented in the Posters section for free participants will be reviewed and recommended (signed) for presentation by more than 2 'peers' or 'auctoritas' that endorse and support the scientific-educational value of the research presented, and it will be the 'market' of congress(wo)men and attendees who will reward the best (LEA Diploma) in each area of knowledge, this award being additional to the gain in reputation, the moral capital, of the congress(wo)men and of the peers themselves and auctoritas that sponsor one or more works. ****Optionally, each participant can demand a binding donation receipt (PDF at the time of online payment), between the cost of registration and the educational actions of the LEA and explaining the destination of the profit in other foundations and NGOs.

A tax document that can be used to deduct the tax returns of each attending citizen.

Important Note: after the Logistics expenses, there would be a potential profit, in case hundreds or thousands of people attend freely to learn, know and understand more about such a crucial subject of Liberty ideas.

This profit will be distributed, like in the NFL, among the universities, think tanks, and educational foundations for Liberty that attend our invitation with their lecturers, including our LEA Foundation.

We would propose that the money distributed in this way serve to grant scholarships to new citizens interested in attending their own continuous training courses that are programmed in each region of influence of each Think Tank and Foundation Pro-Liberty.

This money would be like a donation from the LEA Foundation to the Think Tanks and Foundations invited to each Liberty Congress. We expect confidence in our honesty and we will be open to all types of audits.

Likewise, this online document and its statements will be registered for legal purposes against me, as a Responsible Declaration before the Foral Government of Navarra and open to the public in our Social Networks, to have it as a guarantee against my good reputation, family honor, and virtues.

Why are we doing this?

i) To generate income in our LEA Foundation and finance our think tanks and other parts of our Liberty Project that we will advance elsewhere.

ii) To gain independence and financial autonomy, and to avoid not going all the time to the same donors, competing with other Foundations and Think Tanks, and much less going, never, to a body of power, government, state, to divert funds collected via imposed taxes, from free citizens, our favorites' living beings' we want to conserve, to preserve. We are Conservatives, of Life, of Property (Human Habitat), of Nature, conservationists of Humanity, and its most characteristic renewable natural resource, Liberty.
